Steps to make cireng dough:
    1. Prepare all the ingredients needed to make cireng banyur.
    2. Combine cornstarch and flour in a dry bowl.

    5. Stir and knead the dough again using your hands until it is smooth and not sticky.
    6. If it is smooth, take enough dough and flatten it using your hands. Do this process until all the dough is used up. To prevent sticking, you can sprinkle with starch when forming the dough.
    7. After that, heat a lot of oil in a frying pan to fry the cireng.
    8. Fry the cireng over medium heat until cooked and dry. Lift and drain. Set aside the cireng.
    Steps to make Banyur gravy:
    1. Heat a little oil in a frying pan.
    2. Stir-fry the spices until fragrant.
    3. Pour in the water and season with seasoning, ground pepper and salt.
    4. Stir well and cook the gravy until it boils and is cooked. Don't forget to correct the taste.
